Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid analytics consultancy booked directly with Connector Linkhub. The website does not sell products or process payment.

Before work starts

You may cancel in writing before the agreed start date. A full refund of amounts paid is available if notice arrives at least five working days before that date, less any non-recoverable third-party costs you approved. With less notice, we may retain a reasonable amount for reserved time and work already completed.

After work starts

Fees for completed discovery, testing, analysis, workshops or delivered materials are non-refundable. If you end an engagement part-way through, we will calculate the unused portion against the agreed scope and may offer a partial refund after deducting completed work and approved commitments.

Deposits and purchased resources

A proposal may require a deposit to reserve capacity. It is refundable only under the cancellation terms above. Specifically purchased test devices, specialist access or other client-approved resources are non-refundable once ordered unless the supplier refunds us.

Rescheduling and no-shows

Workshops may be rescheduled once without charge with at least two working days' notice, subject to availability. Later changes may incur the time reserved. If required attendees do not join and no notice is given, the scheduled session may be treated as delivered.

Service problems and exceptions

If we cannot deliver a material part of the agreed scope, we will first offer to correct or reschedule it. If that is not reasonable, we will refund the affected undelivered portion. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights or any different written term in your proposal.

How to request a refund

Email hello@connector-linkhub.digital with the engagement name, invoice number, reason and relevant dates. We normally respond within five working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days, though a bank may take longer to display them.
