Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or engage Connector Linkhub for analytics consultancy services.

Website use

Website content is general information, not a guarantee of a particular attribution outcome. You may use it for lawful internal purposes. You must not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access or reproduce substantial content without permission.

Consultancy engagements

The scope, deliverables, timing and fees for paid work are set out in a written proposal or statement of work. Each party will provide reasonably needed information and nominate suitable contacts. Any change to scope or timing must be agreed in writing.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful access to systems and data you provide, for obtaining necessary consents, and for decisions made from our recommendations. Credentials should be shared through an agreed secure method and revoked when no longer needed.

Fees and payment

Invoices, payment dates, applicable taxes and any deposit are stated in the proposal. Overdue undisputed amounts may pause work after reasonable notice. This website does not take payments.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Each party keeps ownership of material it already owns. Once invoices are paid, you may use engagement-specific deliverables internally. We keep ownership of general methods and know-how. Both parties must protect confidential information and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is legally required.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any specific liability cap will be stated in the proposal. Platform changes, consent choices and third-party reporting may limit attribution results.

Ending an engagement

Either party may end work according to the notice provisions in the proposal. Fees remain due for completed work and agreed commitments. Refund and rescheduling terms are explained in our refund policy.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. Questions may be sent to hello@connector-linkhub.digital.
